What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Effective September 8, 2026.
Devo Fitness, LLC ("Devo Fitness", "we", "us") runs a gym at 455 99th Ave NW #170, Coon Rapids, MN 55433, and the website devofitness.com. This policy covers the website, our text message program, our online tour booking, our front desk check in, and the information members and guests give us in person.
When you book a tour, request pricing, sign up, check in as a guest, or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the date and time of your appointment, and any notes you add. Guests who check in at the front desk also sign our waiver and may have a check in photo taken so staff can recognize you when you walk in. Members give us billing details when they join; those are handled by our payment processor and we do not store full card numbers.
Like most websites, devofitness.com records basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the general area you are visiting from. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.
We use your information to run the gym: to confirm and remind you about tours and appointments, to answer your questions, to manage your membership or guest visit, to keep the building secure, and to tell you about memberships, coaching, events and offers at Devo Fitness. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Devo Fitness will send you text messages from our business line. These may include tour and appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you ask us, updates about your membership, and occasional offers or event news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (763) 762-6914.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide when you opt in to texts is used only to send you the messages you agreed to. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
devofitness.com uses a small number of cookies and similar tools so the site works properly, so we can see which pages people visit, and so our booking and pricing forms remember what you typed. We do not use cookies to sell advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some forms may not remember your details.
Your information is stored with our customer management platform and payment processor, both of which use industry standard safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews. Inside the gym, only staff who need your information to do their job can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
We use trusted service providers to run the business, including our customer management and messaging platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), our payment processor, our email provider, and our website host. They handle your information only to provide those services to us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members, guests and staff.
We keep your information for as long as you are a member, guest or lead, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can handle questions, waivers and records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep part of it, such as a signed waiver or billing record.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP to any message and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Devo Fitness is an 18 and over gym and our website and text program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or text program after a change means you accept the updated policy.
