The ground rules for using devofitness.com and our text message program. Effective September 8, 2026.
These terms are between you and Devo Fitness, LLC ("Devo Fitness", "we", "us"), 455 99th Ave NW #170, Coon Rapids, MN 55433. They apply when you use devofitness.com, book a tour or appointment online, request pricing, or receive text messages from us. By doing any of those things you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your gym membership, personal training or coaching, and guest visits are governed by the separate agreements you sign for them, including the membership agreement and the guest waiver. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you are opting in to messages from Devo Fitness sent from our business line. Messages may include tour and appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, membership updates, and occasional offers or event news. Message frequency varies depending on your activity with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out: to stop receiving texts, text STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from Devo Fitness. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including our promise that mobile opt in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
You may use devofitness.com to learn about the gym, book a tour, request pricing and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access parts of it you are not meant to, submit false information, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Booking a tour reserves a time for you; if you cannot make it, reply to your confirmation text or call us so the time can go to someone else.
Devo Fitness is an 18 and over gym. Our website and text program are intended for people 18 and older. By opting in or booking, you confirm you are at least 18.
The words, photos, videos, logos and design on devofitness.com belong to Devo Fitness or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please do not copy or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without asking.
We work hard to keep hours, pricing and details accurate, but they can change. Membership prices, discounts and policies are those in effect when you sign your membership agreement. Nothing on the site is medical advice; talk to your doctor before starting a new training program.
The website and text program are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Devo Fitness is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from a message that is late or not delivered, or from information on the site that turns out to be out of date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law, and nothing here changes the terms of your signed waiver or membership agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute about the website or text program will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Anoka County, Minnesota.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or text program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
